This is a breast reduction case performed on a 40-year-old woman who was wearing an F+ bra size before surgery. Dr. Pathak used a superior medial pedicle technique with an anchor incision pattern to remove tissue and reposition the nipple-areola complex. That pedicle design preserves blood supply and sensation to the nipple through a superior and medially based tissue attachment. The after photo is taken at three months post-op and shows the breast sitting higher on the chest wall, with the nipple repositioned upward. Bra size moved from F+ to a C. Results vary from patient to patient.
