Cosmetic Breast Revision #43379

This is a revision augmentation-mastopexy case in a 32-year-old woman who had existing implants requiring replacement and pronounced hypertrophic periareolar scarring. The plan combined three steps: capsulectomy to remove the scar tissue that had formed around the prior implants, implant exchange to place new ones, and an anchor-pattern breast lift to removed the scar burden while repositioning the nipple-areolar complex and reshaping the breast envelope. While her bra size remained a C cup, she has increased upper pole fill and volume distribution for a perkier more youthful breast shape as seen in her after pictures taken at three months post-op, while scar maturation is still ongoing.
