Liposuction #46761

This is a lipo-abdominoplasty case performed on a 39-year-old woman. The technique combines abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks in a single procedure, allowing abdominal wall work and flank volume reduction to be addressed at the same time rather than in separate surgeries. The after photo is taken at six months post-op. You can see the low horizontal scar across the lower abdomen and the navel scar from umbilicoplasty; both remain in an active healing phase at this timeframe. Scars at six months are still fading, and that's worth keeping in mind as you review the photo. The continued use of compression garment may also be indicated and preferred as in the case of this patient (note compression garment crease markings- only noticeable as garments immediately removed prior to photos).
