Lower Blepharoplasty #43384

This is a lower blepharoplasty case performed on a woman in her mid-sixties using the 5 Step Lower Blepharoplasty procedure. A transconjunctival approach was used meaning the incision was made on the inside of the lower eyelid, leaving no visible external scar. Orbicularis retaining ligament (ORL) release was included in the plan to harmoniously blend the lower lid-cheek junction. No skin pinch was performed in this case. This combination addresses lower-lid fullness and the lid-cheek junction without removing external skin. At three months post-op, the under-eye area visible in the after photo shows a flatter contour along the lower lid compared to the pronounced fullness seen before surgery.
