At 11 months post-op, you're looking at the result of a combined lipo-enhanced tummy tuck and implant exchange with breast lift in a 55-year-old patient. The abdominal work paired 360 liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and waist with a full abdominoplasty, addressing both excess skin and circumferential volume. On the breast side, existing implants were exchanged for "Gummy Bear" implants (highly cohesive gel implants) placed submuscularly, combined with an anchor lift to reposition the nipple-areolar complex and remove redundant skin. The after photo, taken at the 11-month mark, shows the torso with a complete transformation noticeably with less abdominal projection and a flatter athletic profile from waist to hip.
