This is a 54-year-old woman photographed 16 months after a deep plane facelift, deep plane neck lift, contour liposuction of the neck, and facial fat grafting that included the lips. The deep plane technique releases and repositions the deeper structural layer of the face rather than working on skin alone, which addresses laxity at a foundational level. Contour liposuction was performed along the neck to define the jawline and cervicomental angle you can see clearly in the after photo. Fat grafting restored volume to areas of the face, including the lips, using the patient's own tissue. The side-by-side lateral view lets you assess the neck and jawline definition at a mature, well-settled point in recovery. Individual results vary.
