Six months after a deep plane neck lift combined with contour submental liposuction, you can see the lateral profile of this 55-year-old woman in the after photo. The deep plane technique works at a level beneath the superficial muscle layer, repositioning the underlying soft tissue rather than relying on skin tension alone. Given her full neck and adiposity, submental liposuction was added to address fat directly, giving the jawline and neck a cleaner line from chin to clavicle. Both procedures were performed together in a single operative session. The before photo was taken on the day of surgery, just prior to the procedure. The after photo is the six-month mark.
