Three months after complex breast case in which a revision augmentation-mastopexy was performed. The patient's customized plan combined a NeoPocket technique with a full plane conversion, moving the implants from their pervious subglandular plane to a submuscular position. Capsulectomy was performed at the same time, removing the existing scar tissue that tethered the soft tissue to ensure new implant upsizing would provide a perky round breast shape. The mastopexy component addressed nipple position and skin envelope, which you can see in the after photo: the nipple sits higher on the breast mound compared to the before image, and the lower pole contour has changed noticeably to a more soft and harmoniously appearance.
