Case Notes
Three months after a High SMAS Facelift, Neck Lift, and Upper Blepharoplasty, the after photo shows a noticeably cleaner jawline and neck contour compared to the before image, where fuller submental tissue is visible in the lateral view. The High SMAS technique addresses the deeper structural layer of the face rather than skin alone, which allows for repositioning of the midface and lower face with less tension on the skin closure. Upper blepharoplasty was performed at the same time to address excess upper eyelid skin. You can see in the side-by-side lateral views how the neck and jaw profile have changed at the three-month mark.
