This is a combined facelift and neck lift case performed on a woman in her late seventies. The facelift used the FAME technique, a SMAS-based approach that works at the level of the deeper facial musculature and connective tissue rather than skin alone. The neck was addressed separately with a deep plane neck lift, which allows more thorough repositioning of the underlying neck structures. You're looking at the after photo at eight months post-op, well past the point where residual swelling would affect what you see. The jawline and neck contour visible in the profile view reflect the structural work done at that deeper tissue level.
