Case Notes
This is a Type 2 gynecomastia case in a 42-year-old male, treated with Dr. Pathak's minimally invasive chest surgery protocol. The plan combined three components: a periareolar nipple lift to reposition the nipple-areola complex, direct glandular excision to remove the breast tissue itself, and contour liposuction across the chest and lateral chest wall to address the surrounding volume. Addressing all three areas in a single procedure lets the chest profile be managed as a whole rather than in parts. You're looking at the after photo at the 10-month mark, when post-operative swelling has fully resolved and the tissues have settled into their final position. He has a flat, natural appearing chest with contour he can further build upon with exercise.
