Case Notes
This is a high grade Type 2 gynecomastia case of a 28-year-old male, shown six months after minimally invasive chest surgery. The plan combined three components: a periareolar nipple lift to reposition the nipple-areolar complex, direct gland excision to remove the breast tissue causing the chest projection you can see in the before photo, and contour liposuction of the chest and lateral chest wall to address the surrounding tissue. The after photo shows a noticeably flatter chest profile with a well maintained nipple position and improved chest muscle contour at the six-month mark, with even that hard to 'spot burn" lateral chest wall visibly improved compared to before.
