Quad Blepharoplasty #43381

This is a quad blepharoplasty case in a 63-year-old male, shown four months after surgery. Dr. Pathak performed upper blepharoplasty on both lids, then addressed the lower lids through a transconjunctival approach, meaning the incision sits inside the eyelid with no visible external scar. The lower-lid plan was the 6 step lower lid blepharoplasty approach which entails: orbicularis retaining ligament (ORL) release, NanoFat injections to the under-eye area, and a lateral retinacular canthopexy to support the outer corner of each lower lid. The after photo shows both eyes open with the upper lids clearly visible and the lower-lid contour sitting cleanly against the eye. Results vary from patient to patient.
