Case Notes
This is a quad blepharoplasty case performed on a woman in her mid-thirties, addressing all four eyelids in a single operative plan. By combining upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, the goal was not only to refine contour but to create a more open, refreshed, and rested appearance to the eyes.
In the before, fullness under the eyes and upper lid heaviness contribute to a more tired, closed appearance. At three months, the lower lids are smoother and the upper lids more defined, creating a brighter, more open look without looking overdone. Treating all four eyelids simultaneously also allows the results to evolve harmoniously on the same timeline, which is why this combined approach is often preferred. The after photo shown here is at the three-month mark.
