Three structural goals were addressed in a single open rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Abraham Pathak: dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, and nasal deprojection. The open approach lifts the skin off the nasal framework directly, giving access to both the bridge and the tip without staging the work across separate procedures. A deviated septum was corrected at the same time. In the before photo, the lateral profile shows a visible convexity along the dorsum and a tip that extends forward from the face. The after photo, taken from the same angle, shows a straighter dorsal line and a tip that sits closer to the face with clearer definition. Results vary from patient to patient.
